Pancake day!! Yeah!! Well, Shrove Tuesday really, but here in the UK it's traditionally 'pancake day'. Not that americans would recognise our pancakes as such. They're more like a crepe and are served with lemon juice and a sprinkling of sugar. Yum. Though with me being vegan mine will be made with egg replacement and soya milk. But it's still yum.
